Bill Enyeart, President of the Sacramento Western Swing Society, with the Dry Creek Band play a selection of Western Swing, Country and Big Band favorites at the NorthWest Western Swing Music Society's 22nd annual Western Swing festival and Hall of Fame, held August 9-12, 2012. Bands from around the country participate in the festivals. Many times, only a few members of a band can make the trip, so, the band leaders fill out their group with other musicians present at the festival.
Chuck Hayes, President of the Western Swing Music Society of the Southwest, performs "Route 66" and "Sugar Moon" at the NorthWest Western Swing Music Society's 22nd Annual Western Swing Festival, held August 9-12, 2012. Joining Chuck on stage are members of the Longhorn Band from the Vancouver, WA, area (Keith Holter, Dean Rankin and Rudy Alexander) along with other guests. Bands from around the country participate in the festival. Many times, only a few members of a band are able to make the trip so the band leader completes his/her group with other musicians available at the festival.
